Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Services

Tech Zolo provides the customer with the option to cancel services at any point. However, the refund will be subject to the following conditions:

Full Refund

If the customer wishes to cancel the service within 3 days of signing the agreement and no work has been started, a full refund will be issued.

Partial Refund

If work has commenced but is less than 25% complete, the customer will receive a 50% refund. If 25-50% of the work is complete, a 30% refund will be issued. For work beyond 50% completion, no refund will be offered, but the project can be completed at no additional cost.

No Refund

If more than 75% of the project is complete, no refund will be issued. However, the remaining work will be completed as agreed.

3. Refund Process

  1. The customer must submit a written cancellation request to our support team
  2. We will acknowledge the request within 24 hours
  3. We will process the refund within 5-7 business days after approval
  4. The refund will be made to the original payment method

4. Service Suspension

Tech Zolo reserves the right to suspend services without refund if:

  • Payment is not received as per the agreed terms
  • The customer violates our terms and conditions
  • The service is used for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • The customer engages in abusive behavior toward our team

5. Maintenance and Support

Refunds are not applicable for ongoing maintenance and support packages. These are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

6. Special Cases

For special cases or projects with custom agreements, refund terms will be as specified in the project agreement signed between the customer and Tech Zolo.
